- Personal data you provide to usMainly the following situations are included:
- If you sell any device with us, we need information from you that is marked as mandatory in the ordering process. If we did not have this information, we would not be able to collect the device sold from you and we would not be able to comply with our obligations to verify your identity as the Seller under the relevant laws. In addition, for the purpose of selling goods or services, we need your e-mail address, to which we will send you a Trade-in Order confirmation, a Purchase Agreement to sign and a copy of the Terms and Conditions.
- After the device you are selling has been collected from you, you may receive an e-mail requesting the evaluation of our services.
- You may provide us with some personal data also before ordering goods or services - for example, if you use the subscription feature to receive information about promotional offers (commercial messages), we will ask for your e-mail address so that we can send you e-mails with promotional offers.
- If you contact our customer service line or send us a message, we will also process your personal data provided in this communication.
- By filling in the optional data in your user profile, you will also provide us with your other personal data, such as frequently used delivery addresses.
- Personal data that we obtain otherwise than directly from youWe may also process your personal data as part of joint marketing campaigns. We may combine them for the purposes of marketing campaigns or for the proper performance of a contract. In the event that your personal data will be transferred to another entity, we will inform you in advance, including the indication of to whom we are transferring the personal data. - WHY WE COLLECT AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?We process your personal data for the following reasons:

In order for us to conclude a Purchase Agreement with you, i.e. to sell your device, we absolutely need to know your identification and contact details. We do not need your consent to process this personal data for this purpose; the lawful reason in this case is the performance of a contract (and, where applicable, taking of pre-contractual measures). We also process your personal data for the purpose of further performance resulting from the services provided by us. In particular, this applies to cases where a complaint about the services provided by us is lodged.
- Customer careIf you contact us with a query/problem, we need to process your data to answer/resolve it. In some cases, your personal data may also be transferred to third parties (e.g. to a goods carrier or service centre).
- User accountThe personal information you provide in your user profile will give you access to a number of useful features (e.g. trade-in order history, ability to download Purchase Agreements, etc.). You can change the data you have entered at any time.
- Marketing activityMainly the following situation is included:
- E-mail marketingWe send you commercial e-mail messages based on your consent or our legitimate interest resulting from your use of our services. You can easily unsubscribe from receiving commercial messages by using the contact form here .
- TelemarketingWe make marketing calls for the purpose of offering our services and related marketing communications. The legal basis for processing your telephone number is either your consent or our legitimate interest based on your use of our services.
- Marketing competitionsIn some cases, the winner of the competition may be photographed or filmed, especially to increase the transparency of our marketing competitions. We carry out this processing of personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, which is to enhance the credibility of marketing competitions in the eyes of other competitors. When the results of the competition are announced, we publish the winners' details in the form of the winner's name, surname, and e-mail.

We may also process your personal data because we need it for the purposes of inspections by public authorities and for other similarly compelling reasons.

- TO WHOM DO WE TRANSFER PERSONAL DATAWe always carefully consider and assess whether the transfer of personal data to another recipient is necessary and, in particular, whether the potential recipient is able to ensure adequate protection of the personal data transferred. The personal data is transferred exclusively on the basis of a written contract for the processing of personal data.We transfer your personal data:

- HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
- We process your personal data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between us.
- In the case of processing of personal data for which consent has been given, your personal data will generally be processed for a period of 3 years or until such consent is withdrawn.
- In case you subscribe to information about promotional offers (commercial messages), we will process your personal data for a period of 3 years, or until you express your disagreement with their further send
- We must process the personal data that is necessary for the proper provision of services or for the fulfilment of all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from a contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations, regardless of the consent given by you, for the period of time specified by or in accordance with the relevant legislation.
- We process the data collected through the user account or in any other similar way for the duration of the use of our services and usually for 3 years after cancellation. Subsequently, only the data forming part of the operational backups is usually stored for a reasonable period of time.
- We delete cookies involving user behaviour after 30 days, with the older data being available in an anonymised form in Google Analytics.
- Recordings of telephone calls from our Infoline are retained for a short period of time, but no longer than 6 months, unless it is necessary for us to retain the recordings for a longer period of time due to legitimate interest (e.g. suspected misuse of data, fraud, etc.)
- DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA TO ANOTHER COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?We do not transfer your personal data to any country outside the European Union or to any international organisation.
- DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU?In this case, you can contact us at any time to request details of the processing of your personal data and we will provide you with detailed information free of charge or provide you with a copy of the data processed. This is your right to access your personal data. Please note that in the event of repeated or unjustified requests, we are entitled to charge the costs of providing the information or to refuse to provide the information.
- WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE (AS A DATA SUBJECT)?
- You have the right to rectification of your personal data, i.e. you can contact us with a request for rectification if the data we keep about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- You have the right to have your personal data erased, i.e. you can contact us to request that your personal data that we process is erased. In order for the data to be deleted, at least one of the following cases must be included:
- data is not necessary for the purpose for which it was processed,
- if you have withdrawn your consent to data processing,
- data was processed unlawfully,
- data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation, or
- data was collected in connection with the offer of information society services.
- You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, i.e. you can contact us to restrict the processing of your personal data. In order for data processing to be restricted, at least one of the following cases must be included:
- you dispute the accuracy of your personal data,
- processing of the data is unlawful but you refuse to erase such personal data,
- you request the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing your claims, even though the purpose for which we processed the data has already been fulfilled,
- you have objected to the processing and it has not yet been verified whether our legitimate interest outweighs your legitimate interests.
- You have the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. you can ask us to provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to transfer it directly to another controller. The data can only be transferred if the processing is based on a contract or your consent and is also automated processing.
- You may withdraw the consent you have given to the processing of your personal data at any time.
- If you exercise any of your rights relating to personal data, we have the right to ask for proof of your identity. The request for access to personal data shall be sent from the registered e-mail address of the applicant. If the request is submitted in another form or from a different e-mail address, we have the right to request additional verification by replying to the verification e-mail. If the applicant does not prove his/her identity within 14 days of the verification e-mail, his/her application for the exercise of rights will not be accepted. In justified cases, we reserve the right to request a more precise verification of the identity of the data subject, e.g. by means of an officially verified signature or by means of a data mailbox (such a situation may arise if we reasonably believe that the data subject is not the one requesting access to the personal data and that this could constitute a leakage of personal data).
