After submitting the order, you will complete everything in the Home Credit app.

We will deliver the device straight to your home
Mobil Pohotovost will send you the new device according to the delivery method selected in your order.
We can deliver the device straight to your home, so you don’t have to go anywhere.

Co je Cashtec Upgrade?
Cashtec Upgrade Vám umožňuje získat nejnovější zařízení těch nejlepších značek každé 2-4 roky. To vše jednoduše, online a za skvělou cenu, neboť namísto placení celé částky za zařízení hradíte pouze měsíční pronájem. Pronajmout si můžete zařízení Apple, Google, Samsung, Sony či Xiaomi. Proces pronájmu je kompletně online, s možností doručení k Vám domů, nebo vyzvednutí na prodejně.
Jak mohu požádat o pronájem?
- Vyberte si zařízení online, nebo navštivte jednu z našich prodejen.
- Vytvořte a odešlete objednávku pronájmu vybraného zařízení.
- Objednávka bude dokončena po ověření Vaší schopnosti pronajmout si zařízení ze strany společnosti Home Credit.
Pro koho je Cashtec Upgrade určen?
Pro fyzické osoby (vč. podnikatelů) starší 18 let s trvalým pobytem v České republice a právnické osoby.
Jak dlouho trvá pronájem?
Cashtec Upgrade Vám umožňuje získat nejnovější zařízení každé 2-4 roky.
Doba pronájmu je pevná:
- v případě mobilních telefonů trvá pronájem 24 měsíců,
- v případě notebooků a tabletu trvá pronájem 36 měsíců,
- v případě herních konzolí trvá pronájem 48 měsíců.
Kolik budu platit za pronájem zařízení?
Za pronájem zařízení platíte fixní částku, která odpovídá ceně pronájmu na našem webu v okamžiku odeslání objednávky a je po celou dobu pronájmu stejná. Za pronájem platíte 1x měsíčně dle splátkového kalendáře, který naleznete v mobilní aplikaci Home Credit.
Co se děje po uplynutí doby pronájmu?
Po uplynutí doby pronájmu je nutné zařízení vrátit. Vrácení zařízení je jediné řádné ukončení pronájmu. Po uplynutí doby nájmu můžete pokračovat novou smlouvou na nové zařízení.
